Shipping policy
We ask for your understanding as under the circumstances it may take us a little longer than normal to get your order processed and shipped. Our usual shipping estimates (1-3 days for deliveries within the UK and 7-10 days for international delivery) are therefore suspended, although rest assured we will still do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We are so very grateful to our postal workers and other key workers for keeping things moving under difficult circumstances.
If the government guidance on online retail changes, we will of course revise our policy further and provide you with an update on our website.
We wish you and your loved ones good health and we hope that our items can help bring some joy and spread a positive message during this challenging time.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once you’ve placed an order you will receive an order notification by email, letting you know that we have received your order. When an item is ready to ship, a dispatch notice will be sent to you by email.
UK
We offer FREE standard shipping to all our customers in the UK. All ORDERS in the UK, unless otherwise agreed, will be shipped via: ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR 1ST CLASS.
Your order is shipped from our studio near Oban in the Highlands of Scotland. We aim to send out all orders within two working days after receiving cleared payment and for orders within the UK to arrive within 3-4 working days. However, in exceptional circumstances, an order may take up to five working days to arrive.

EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD
We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING and will do our best to deliver your purchases to any place in the world.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are charged at £12.50 and may take up to 7-10 working days or longer to reach their destination. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
International orders, unless otherwise agreed, will be shipped via: ROYAL MAIL or FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY.
You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes which may be imposed by your local customs outside the UK and the EU.
FURTHERMORE
Both the UK and INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES will need to be SIGNED FOR.
Alternatively orders can be collected from a depot. Therefore we advise that it is best to give us an address where someone will be there to sign.
If an item is "OUT OF STOCK" we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of this. We aim to ship items “IN STOCK” within two working days after receiving cleared payment.
All Crùbag scarves, bow-ties and pocket squares are shipped in our beautiful branded packaging. Deliveries are trackable online, provided the carrier allows it.
Orders from OUTSIDE THE EU: Your local customs may add a SALES TAX, which we can’t predict or take responsibility for.
Sorry, at the moment we can’t redirect orders after items have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however, we will try to contact you, in this case, to arrange for a new order to be placed if required.
