RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are sorry to hear that. Please return the item within 14 days of receipt. You might want to contact us at: hello@crubag.co.uk to discuss your options and receive a return address.
We can only accept returns of items bought directly from Crùbag.
The returned item should be unused and unworn and must be returned in its original packaging including any tags and documentation.
If the item is returned due to a product fault or isn’t as specified in the product description we will process a full refund or exchange the item.
However please note that there may be small variations in the product, especially in the colour as each production run is unique. The colour of the product may also look differently than on your computer screen. These variations do not constitute a fault. Please refer to the next paragraph.
If you would like to return the item for any other reason, we are also happy to provide a refund or exchange it. In the case of a refund, we will deduct the original postage charge. Should you want to exchange it a second time we will need to charge postage.
Thereafter we may decide to refuse any further exchanges. Please note that we accept no returns of promotional offers and bespoke orders unless they are faulty.
In any case, you are liable to pay the return postage and to ensure that the product reaches our premises at the following address: Crùbag, Scottish Marine Institute, Oban, Argyll, PA37 1QA.
We recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please allow 10 working days for a refund to be processed. Due to the small size of our business this time frame may be exceeded during holiday periods. If you have provided an e-mail address we will contact you to advise you of this.
You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes which may be imposed by your local customs outside the UK and the EU. For returns from outside the EEC, the parcel must have a signed customs declaration attached to the outside of it. The only acceptable declaration is to tick the checkbox ‘OTHER’ and write the description ‘GOODS ORIGINATING IN THE EEC RETURNED FOR CREDIT’ (in the absence of this declaration, we may have to pay import charges, which will be deducted from your refund).
If the item is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered, we may require you to pay the postage before we send it again. We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money less the original postage paid.
The contract between you and Crùbag can also be partly or fully terminated in case of force majeure (such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, natural disasters or similar events).
